Improv Everywhere is a New York City-based prank collective that causes scenes of chaos and joy in public places. Created in August of 2001 by Charlie Todd, Improv Everywhere has executed over 100 missions involving tens of thousands of undercover agents.
Last night, my cousin was talking about it and actually participating too. He showed me the MP3 Experiment in NYC (video below) and I was amazed. Basically, you have to download the MP3 and listen to instructions with your fellow experimenters. Scoop out the video and read the instructions for San Francisco. I really want to do this..
